Any vehicle can be spawned in. By latency i mean every input takes 3-5 seconds to register. For example when pressing a button, the button is only pressed seconds after pressing e or q. Same with seat inputs too.

Yes, we understand that but what latency the player list shows? And do you have any noticeable packet loss when playing? Can you post a screenshot of F1 profiler and player list when that issue happens?

The player list does not show anything unusual. I the F1 menu it does show a considerable amount of packet loss.

Thanks for your report. What you are describing is exactly what you would expect if there was a poor connection to the server. If the profiler is showing packet loss, then the servers internet or your internet is the problem.

Please check your connection (perhaps using something like https://www.speedtest.net/) and try joining a different server.
