Thank you for report but to reproduce this issue we need to know what kind of missions were spawned and where. And were they spawned right next to you or far away?

Sure, from what I've seen, generally the missions spawn far away so I need to teleport or fly in noclip. It's never happened in a region within my render distance though. (My view distance is set to 5000)

It seems to be happening for land-based rescue missions, as well as transport missions.

I will try and gather some specific missions and locations over the next few days.

So, to walk through the steps I took, I ran /mstart a few times using /mclean until I got a land-based rescue mission.

The mission I got I got was called "A green camping van in distress is requesting assistance - Extinguish all fires and rescue 2 casualties to a hospital"

It spawned at approximately X-7571.2 Y-6709.5 on the southern tip of the island with Harrison Airbase

I had spawned in at south sawyer freight terminal, so teleported to Harrison Airbase, and flew the ~1.5km to the camping van in no-clip mode.

The van was flipped on its side and on fire. There was one NPC inside the open back. He had spawned on a block.

The second NPC that had spawned outside of the van was floating in the water underneath the map.

Second one... same process

"A quarry dump truck in distress is requesting assistance - Extinguish all fires and rescue 1 casualty near the old Arnold quarry to a hospital."

spawn location is aprox. X-19582.6, Y-4178.7 on the road to the right of the quarry.

I teleported to Dreimor airfield and drove from there. I got to the crash, and extinguished the fire.

Looked for the NPC, and he was floating in the water under the map along with the fire extinguisher prop he spawned beside.
