Every time I leave the throttle at full and close the game, the throttle goes back to 0 after loading

Thanks for your report. It is not possible to know how to reproduce or verify this issue from your description. This could also be the normal / expected behaviour based on the design of your creation. It is very difficult for us to investigate speculative issues but are happy to look at any issue with a clear and simple vehicle example.
