I would like to be able to make detailed changes to the tire width, aspect ratio, contact patch pattern, and wheel design. Also, I would like the in-game behavior to change accordingly. (Tires without grooves → high grip, weak against rain / Wide tires → high grip, high turning ability, etc.)

In addition to this excellent suggestion, I would like to see a ground pressure concept (e.g., increase ground pressure when subjected to down force, or change ground pressure depending on the weight of the vehicle the tires are subjected to).
