Imma be fast, I am currently working on a carrier and this carrier has a catapult, before the update I could use small winch to pull the plane (after connecting the winch to an anchor block on the plane using handheld rope not editor rope). Now after this update it doesn't work for small winches but it works for medium ones and probably large ones.

[Note: small winch does work but only with editor rope node not using handheld one]

[Conclusion: Small winch doesn't pull (even tho the advanced node shows UP is true) if connected using handheld rope]
