A Source of great bother for me, in attempting to implement the machinegun in various appilcations is its ammo capacity.
having directed my spare 5 minutes to research, i've decided to compare the average block size of stormworks to an equivelant in the real world in terms of ammo capacity.
M60 ammo box's dimensions are 3 x 6 x 5 inches, so 90 cubic inches, it holds 100 rounds of 7.62 - roughly 1500 cubic centimeters.
machinegun ammo box's volume is somewhere below 15625 cubic centimeters (<25^3), yet it holds only 50 rounds - meaning that its sortie efficiency is roughly 1/20th that of the IRL example of the m60.
What i'd want to see, would be some amendment to the ammo capacity of the part, maybe some options relating to the size and hitbox of the part, as to make it lighter and less cumbersome in how its mounted.
