As of writing this, the radar configuration values such as Horizontal FOV, no longer show as Degrees (and not even as radians).

I think they are the factional value used to get the degrees, they all start at 0.0028 and then have a factional max (0.25 for FOV, 0.5 for sweep limit, 0.125 for pitch). Those would equate to 90, 180 and 45 degrees if they are Value * 360.
