In reference to #1353
When pivots are too heavily loaded, their physics will cause the subbody they are mounted on to interfere with another subbody. My example, the extra weight of the cannon barrel extensions will cause the subbody of the pivoted cannon to interfere with different subbodies. With the weight removed, the issue is resolved.

As you can see, at one point the subbody of the cannon will interfere with the subbody of the tank hull, stopping it from turning futher. The same issue happens in reverse, when i turn the tank turret, at some point of its trajectory it will 'drag' the hull along with the turret
