The frequency of bugs is arbitrary, and once it occurs, the same symptoms are found over in same location(in grid coordinates) and over again even if it is deleted and recreated.
How can I avoid this bug?
It was discovered while making a turret with a completely watertight structure.

I've tried various tests, but I still don't know the cause. The location of the track base and turret ring is an important factor, but it is arbitrary. One thing is clear: there is a fatal position, and there is a stable position.
