Improved loading screen [Saves only]

• Improve the loading screen for saves; random pictures of gameplay could appear in the loading screen. There would be a black bar at bottom of the screen with a random tip or fact about gameplay. Below that would be a light blue bar indicating the loading progression.
• This would be similar to the War Thunder loading screen.
• This would reduce the amount of bug reports titled "vjnrebihihjberhijver" and "Fluid sensors won't power my car"
• Example Messages:

"Some first-person equipment can be recharged"

"Engines explode at 115 degrees Celsius"

"Your vehicle will likely be unable to float without a watertight seal"

"Holding right click (would be a right-clicking icon) can be used to zoom in"

"You should stand a few feet from a fire, it gets increased spread"

"Bilge pumps are an essential part of boat building"

"You can disable AI and other game settings via the add-on menu"
