In recent updates, I've been having low fps issues, such as when opening selection tool and logic visualiser, even with smaller vehicles. when I open the selection tool, I get about 30 fps, instead of the usual 144

on the title screen, my gpu usage is spiking to 100%~

as of now, I have no additional info about this issue. my drivers have not been changed between the time it was fine and now
