While probably a little harder to make, this would add a whole new level of piloting experience. By doing a LUA equation having to do with the weight and speed of the craft, a contact explosion speed is set. The second the aircraft contacts anything and is within the contact explosion threshold, it explodes.

Thank you for suggestion but it's not clear what you mean. There is a damage on impact already. If you want to trigger specific explosions then you can use lua to check damage or velocity delta.
