This is similar to issue 1088 Razorbill Aborts Attack Command (geometa.co.uk).  I understand that it was marked Closed and considered to not be a defect and the rationale behind that, however it seems that often the command is aborted WITHOUT firing.  I have been watching the Razorbills (and trying with Albatrosses, as well), and they will perform an attack run but I will see no indication of them firing and then abort the command.  This defect is for the fact that they do not seem to fire.
