In light of the recent IR/AA targetting changes, I think it would be a good time to allow Aircraft and Land units to share more weapons.

• Surface, AA Missile Turret
• Surface, TV Missile Turret
• Surface, Torpedo/Noise/CM Turret
• Surface, Laser Missile Turret
• Surface, Rocket Pod Turret
• Aircraft, 30mm AutoCannon/Chaingun
• Aircraft, 40mm AutoCannon/Chaingun
• Nerf 20mm Aircraft Chaingun to compensate for new calibers.
• Petrel, IR Countermeasures, because it makes no sense that your heavy helicopter can't attack ships without dying every time. If Manta has them, then so should the Petrel. Albatross is the only understandable case as it isn't meant for combat.
