So what im suggesting is like the subject says Island Based Bombers. They would be 2 bombers 1 that is a heavy strategic bomber like the b52 with a large pay load this one would also be capable of carrying an AWACS radar or air to air refueling system. the other would be a stealth bomber with a lower payload this one is also only visible on radar withing 5km unless weapon bays are open for firing. both of these bombers would be limited to 1 per island that has an airfield (tier2 and above) there range would be extended to make up for their scarcity.

earlier i mentioned the air to air refueling system. the way this would work is it would give another utility in the slot for the AWACS radars adding some fuel and giving that craft the capability to share fuel.
