Please limit the lua libraries so scripts can't read / write files.

This is because modding UI is becoming more popular and it is safer for players to download UI mods if the lua environment is more sandboxed.

I have not tested / checked what lua libraries are enabled so this task is more to check the sandbox / libraries are only the required ones.
