On the Captains planning table in the middle of the bridge it shows that I unlocked new blueprints. However behind it it shows the map and there is no way to clear the new blueprint screen. The other thing is the fact that I just unlocked a barge islnd however for whatever reason it does not come with the blueprints so I cannot build the barges.

I have fixed the UI however, I still cannot create barges because I do not have the blueprint. There shouldnt be a blueprint for barges

Thank you for report. You've fixed UI by disabling mods? There is a barge blueprint but it always unlocks with barge factory island capturing. It also should be unlocked if you start with already captured barge island.
