This would allow up to 3 aircraft to take off at a time:

1. Moving into position or taking off from the flight deck/runway
2. Waiting at the top of the lift/elevator
3. Waiting at the entrance to the lift/elevator in the hangar.

Currently only 2 aircraft can be taking off at a time, as the only waiting spot #3 currently exists.

Allowing more aircraft to be in the takeoff pipeline improves gameplay by rewarding the player for planning ahead.
